The construction equipment is one of our most important assets to optimize the work force’s performance, the reduction of construction schedules and to obtain the quality demanded by our clients. The company is self-sufficient with respect to the construction equipment that is considered strategic for the construction process; we don’t have to face the lack of availability of equipment at the precise moment.

The processes related to the construction equipment are within the quality management system certified under standard ISO 9001:2000; the equipment’s efficient use is guaranteed through preventive maintenance and service in the projects.

The equipment is updated constantly; we are always looking for the latest technological advancements worldwide.
The equipment facilities are located in Pozos de Santa Ana with a patio area of ten thousand square meters and a roofed area of 1000 m2, with offices and electrical-mechanical workshop.







Information is fundamental in our continuous improvement processes.

We have a network with more than one hundred users; it connects our Headquarters with the projects, allowing them to harness control tools with the necessary information in an efficient manner.

Through our Intranet, we update and transmit updated procedures throughout the organization and our clients are able to access information related to their respective projects through the Extranet.

We have tailored programs to control the project, which allows us to manage and interpret the information according to the client’s needs.



 

The company operations are organized into processes. The processes begin with the clients’ needs, and conclude when the finished project is presented for the consultant’s approval and the client’s satisfied acceptance.

The methods and criteria required to ensure the effective operation and control of the processes are defined, to a lesser degree, in the Operations Manual and in detail, in the company’s internal documentation.

Each process has entries, which originate in the process immediately before, exits destined to the consecutive processes and a main responsible person.

Each process subdivides into new processes, as needed, until they reach the level where the activities that will be executed are described step-by-step.
